OUTDOOR CLASSROOM OPENED WITH GRANT FROM COMMUNITY FOUNDATION
On June 15th 2011, an outdoor classroom was launched at J. Clarke Richardson Collegiate, with funding from Durham Community Foundation via a grant made to the Youth Centre's Take the Lead initiative. Shown in photo is community foundation Executive Director Janet Georgieff with students and teacher advisors from the school's environmental club who are creating the outdoor classroom.
